CTT

Extremely unfriendly, almost screaming at me because I couldn't find my parcel. It was delivered to an address where the parcel wasn't there and told me that it is here at this CTT. Went there and asked, staff was annoyed with me the second I talked to her. She was trying to find my parcel at the shop but it wasn't there and told me it was delivered. I told her what the guy at the original address told me and she simply didn't care and repeated herself that it was delivered and that was the end of the discussion. Wouldn't recommend in a million years to go this CTT with provocative, unfriendly and disrespectful staff.

I returned a package 2 months ago. Nobody speaks a single word english. They just to my return label and said "it´s fine". Package never arrived at the destination and is lost. 300€ gone.

i was there twice, just do send and return parcels. never had a really great experience with public postal services, but here are working the most incompetent of all. once there was a copy missing, and another time the 'from' and 'to' address boxes were misplaced. but they didnt help or just lend a pen for correcting it. you have to come again and waste another half hour because they are the slowest people on earth. unfriendly and unuseful. better send your stuff with ups or anything. never been avoided like this before.

Very bad experience. We had to send a huge package and we went to this office twice to be sure it was possible. We specified both times weight and length. They say it was possible, gave us the prices and even the Formulars. They could speak good English and were very helpful. When we came back in the afternoon with our packages (three 8kg rolls that we carried by hand for half a km under the rain) they say they weretoo long (2m)and they couldn't send them. When we pointed out that we asked twice the previous day and the morning they said their English was not good and they didn't get it (but they could speak it perfectly and understood everything else...) and the other lady even pretended that she never spoke to us. Apologizing without lying would have been better. Really poor service and lack professionalism

Super slow service.. Marque's Pombal CTT is way faster.
