Totally inadequate instructions on where to meet the valet driver at Lisbon airport led to my only catching the plane because departure was delayed. On my return - admittedly in the rush hour, though that is not a full reason, I think, I waited over 45 minutes for the car to be returned. Two stars instead of one because staff, as others have said, were friendly, and the car came back in one piece.

Picked up my new Tesla here today , fast efficient turnover
