It was worst culinary experience in Portugal so far. The shrimps cocktail had more ice salad than shrimps and the sauce for sure didn’t taste like homemade. The Portuguese sausage was just minced fish leftovers in a gut, deep fried. And the French fries had its vintage for sure. The green fried leaves that looked like spinach tasted rather like Bermuda grass. The fish though was ok, but not spiced and topped with the onion soaked in oil. And potatoes for sure were not inviting. In the menu it was written, the dish comes with a salad. I guess one cherry tomato with a leaf of parsley was supposed to do the trick. The house wine I would not recommend. Sad thing is, it was not cheap at all!

Fantastic food. The crab bisque was delicious. Both the fish and the meat main dishes were perfect. Will return!

Excellent seafood and fresh fish, meat was equally gorgeously cooked. Great hosts, welcoming and very nice!

Disappointing after all the positive reviews and personal recommendations I had received. The green Thai curry was sludgy and unpleasant. Everybody else was happy with their food, otherwise I would have given even fewer stars.
