We stumbled on Veru on our last night on our way to a different restaurant. We enjoyed a bottle of wine. The staff were fantastic. The deli items were superb and choice of wines amazing. If you are going to do a bbq on a stay they also have amazing prime meats. Really disappointed we missed this gem. I am hopeful to return and see it being very successful. Thank you.
Love this place. Great selection of wines that you can enjoy in the restaurant with tapas or take home. Really knowledgeable and friendly folks too. Instant local favourite!
My partner and I stumbled accidentally on this restaurant as we were exploring the village. We had a lovely lunch consisting of delicious tapas and a wonderful wine from the Tomar region. Lovely decor and pleasant atmosphere. We both would highly recommend this restaurant and we look forward to returning.
Fantastic value. Great place for drinks with cheese olives and salami with bread.Great service and cheap. It's different in the sense, you buy a bottle of wine and drink. There is a great variety of portuguese wines. Beers too.
