McDonald's Caldas da Rainha

4 years ago I rated this McDonald's restaurant 5 stars. Now I wanted to grab a quick bite on my way home because it was too late. I stopped my car a few kilometres away, checked their app for their schedule (due to covid restrictions) and I noticed it was open until 1AM. I arrived at 00:13AM and no one, literally no one informed it was closed. The employees, with the windows opened just ignored me waiting in the car. I called their local number and I was told "the schedules on the app are none of my business" and hung up. You lost a loyal customer. Never again.

Drive-through layout is terrible, and not enough parking. Incredibly overcrowded and overstuffed. Food is fine.

They're doing a great job dealing with the massive amounts of orders as we continue to be in lockdown and only drive through or take out is possible

Mc Donalds Standard with Table service. Very friendly english speaking staff. burgers was cold even that weve Customised our burgers.

Very busy drive through but the food was good and staff great
