Terrible, the staff was very rude with me, mainly the doctor who attended me, asked a simple question and told me to ask some other doctor in a very rude manner and immediately after when I said farewell he didn't even reply, would've been better doing a little research on Google myself than being attended by that doctor.

Being from Ireland the language barrier was v tough but the staff were second to none from the domestic staff to the nurses to the doctors 99percent were v plesent and helpful to me and my father .. spotless hospital

Friendly doctor's .good treatment. Fast treatment and has translators for most languages

It's not my own experience as a patient... I am unemployed, so I don't have any rights to healthcare! My children's father was admitted, yesterday, in the urgency service, due to a stroke... I was admonished by the INEM's (emergency service and ambulance) doctor, because, the pacient should have gone earlier to the hospital. Well, he is in the hospital, now, in the yellow corridor room, since, he entered; yesterday, around eleven a.m. So, I am irresponsible, because, I don't have the power of carrying, or violently drag an adult man to the Hospital. The Hospital is very responsible, when it leaves patients, during all days, in a corridor, with one meal at night, and some medication, given by nurses, and no doctor's assistance. Just as a coment, would it be different, if the patient had shown willness to purchase the medication, as was asked by mail, in November 2018??? A complaind will be done in the proper book, not that it will do anything: Portuguese public services think laws are written to show that they exist, not to be respected. So each public servant, high or low rank, is a law maker....
