I would give negative stars if possible.The lady vendor continued on a personal phonecall while we waited for a very long time to be attended.When she did attend us she was in a rush was not in the mood to answer our questions.Finally we bought a SIM card at her recommendation which turned out to be a waste of money because it didn't serve for our purposes in spite of her assurances it will.

Really friendly and helpful people. Very busy but always patient.

Excelente atendimento

Falta de assistencia ao apoio do cliente. Tentei ligar 11 vezes das 10h00 ate as 14h00 !!!! A uma semana a espera de um technico e nao me dao uma resposta. Em brève receberam uma carta registrada se nao tenho resposta ate dia 5 de Marco 2020 (amanha)
