The coffee Torcato

A place where the old information police still seems to operate. A hole at the side of the road where everyone who's not from around gets analysed and the service is only as good as the clothes you wear or the car you arrive in (yes, they'll pay attention to even that). Besides all that, the coffee is sub par and the cakes are most of the times recycled to the next day (and usually sold to unaware costumers).
