Unfortunately, I took back my computer after 1 week of diagnostic. The problem hasn’t been found but I paid 26.10€. When I called them to know if it was ready, they told me that they need some information to continue, even though they had my email. So they could have simply emailed me before instead of waiting my call. No offense to this shop, but they have to be more invested in their work.

This is a professional dealer with lab services, focused mainly on businesses. They may do a good job for you and have quality equipment, however always a bit expensive and many basic items are not in stock and have to be ordered. But - it's also the only computer shop around

Way too expensive. Prices are MSRP plus storage costs, IVA and own profit. On the prices of larger electronics stores, you can expect up to 50-100% more costs. Outrageous owner.
