Dona Benta - Tasca Chique

Great food, friendly host and cook who speaks English perfectly. Typical Portuguese food for a good price.

The place doesn't accommodate many people so it feels quite intimate. We ordered the clam pasta and a serving of grilled beef tapas. The tapas was amazing, made us want to try more items from the menu (but we couldn't eat too much). The pasta was also good: you could taste the wine, nice portion (not too big or too small) and the pasta itself was aldente. Downsides: the pasta needed some pepper and the clams themselves didn't provide enough meat. But all in all very good.
