The truth: Very good continental breakfast with gluten free option, the gluten free option is very hard to find! Decoration in the room was a bit bitter Bed extra big extra comfy extra amazing Staff is very polite and professional Hand sanitizer in every corner of the common areas

Not Pet friendly. Rude staff. Not clean. Not a 5* hotel by ANY mean. Not worth.

DON'T GO ... IT IS NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL. It is worth a 3 star not more. No way to get water or a coffee for a business meeting nor a drink at night. Amazing. You want to smoke a cigar .... no lighter nor matches. Pool is closed very early. Laundry takes more than 48 hours. All of this seems to be pretty normal for the employees ... First time ever I've experienced a service like this in a 5-stars hotel.

Elevator HELL. Old hotel that once was a 5 star but needing a massive investment now. Location great, parking a few 100m away. Book a room on the 1st floor if not you spend all your time waiting for a lift. So many people we saw taking the stairs as we did. Breakfast was chaos. Queues of people piling their plates high like a nuclear holocaust was coming and towels on beds way before that. RIDICULOUS.
