Fantastic apartment, very friendly and helpful staff. The whole complex was very clean and safe.

The most amazing location Vila Castelo Parque beautiful and the staff is great and very caring specially Anabela. The accommodation we had was wonderful more like 5 Stars .....Please Avoid Vila Castelo traditional, the left side of vila castelo we had the most horrible salad there the place seems a Zoo with too many locals or friends of the owners uusing the tiny Pool.

Super Place, For the perfect family vacation, Just 5 mins from rown Ferragudo

I'd give this place a 6/5 if I could. We had the the 3 bedroom penthouse duplex apartment (known as Palms #2) for 1 week in the middle of June, and the complex was very calm and not busy. This place is decked out with top quality, modern amenities and fixtures. Huge balcony on both levels, lots of chairs, small private pool to cool off in up top, nice Weber BBQ upstairs, and the view cannot be beat. Being part of a larger resort is interesting and offers some nice amenities, like multiple pools and a bar/restaurant if you feel like mixing things up. The front desk staff were super helpful for booking taxis and answering questions. It's a quick and picturesque walk into town, where you'll find a ton of top notch restaurants along with some small shops, markets, and bars. Ferragudo is a great spot to relax, but it's also very easy to head over to Portimao if you want to feel a little more "in the action". Would absolutely recommend! Can't wait to come back.
