Misleading information. The kayak tour does not take you to Benagil Caves. Also, we were supposed to be able to stop at a beach and snorkel but our guide did not leave time for it. In the end you spend 50€ for a 2 hour kayak tour for a quick peak at some mediocre caves. Might as well do a normal boat tour for the same price and not bake in the sun.

THIS OUTFIT IS SERIOUSLY UNSAFE - DO NOT USE. Our two teenage children went on a rubber ring ride. They have done this many times before. They were given no safety brief or a stop signal. They were pulled very fast on rings which turned out to be unsafe and they couldn't make the boat stop or slow. When they returned it was obvious they were in serious discomfort and reduced to tears. The skin on their backs had been removed to the point of bleeding. When we remonstrated with the person who took the booking he simply ignored us and refused to do anything. The young driver was very apologetic and refunded us from his own money. However I attach no blame to him. He was young and had received no training. The lifeguard on the beach was very good tending the wounds and advised us to contact the police. He also informed us the booker actually owns the outfit. Having now read other reviews on Google and Tripadvisor I am very concerned that this company will seriously harm somebody. I strongly advise you to stay away. They should not be in business and are a discredit to Carvoeiro which is a lovely place.

The 80 min ride along the beautiful Algarve coast from Portimao to Mahrinha and back in a jet boat (The Black Dolphin) was spectacular and visited all of the major caves. However, the organisation lacked professionalism. Our transfer from Carvoeiro to Portimao was 40 min late and we then had to wait another 15 min for the boat at Portimao. Overall I thought the trip provided value for money (25 Euro + 5 Euro for the transfer). If you are OK with a bit of dodgy brothers organisation and are not on a tight schedule this is a great experience.

Regular experience Expensive price. You are charged for transport displacement € 5 more per person. And then they do not fulfill what they have contracted, they do not reach rocha or marina beach, only benagil. And the explanations almost null. I would not repeat with them. Then the spectacular cave area ... But I recommend another company that doesn't think so much about ripping off the tourist
