Highly recommended. You can communicate with a real person via email! Booked transport from Faro to Carvoeiro but screwed up the date while toying with travel options on their web form. I only realised this when writing to inform them of a flight delay, and then only after failing to notice their email response for a few hours. Somehow they were still able to get a driver to meet us at the airport at a completely different day and time. Magical. Lucky it was the off season, I suppose.
Driver was great. The provided booster seats were nice, too.
