The ladies in the office are very helpful and friendly. I wanted to send a parcel to Germany and they really helped me and were very patient with me through I had to come three times to reduce the weight. Many thanks for this great experience.

Everyone in the post offices here has been very helpful, trying to helping successfully in English. You have to offer a ticket and wait your turn. Some people leave and re-enter when the queue is long, but most of the time it's not very busy in my experience.

We have sent a package to Germany. The employees are very nice and competent. The shipping took 6 days and it was cheaper than other providers.
