I took a Dynamic yoga class with Ilea. It was a strong dynamic and even sweaty class. Ilea is a lovely and good teacher. She gives personal attention, adjustments and options to lower intensity. She has a beautiful energy too. Just join a class to experienced it by yourself ☺️🧘🙏
