Very disappointing experience. We wanted to have one of our bikes repaired today and an elderly man who was in the shop at that time did not want to have a look at the bikes because we did not speak Portuguese. Another very friendly customer offered to translate but he refused the offer and wanted us to go to another bike shop. That was such a disappointment and made us feel very inferior.
Best bike shop.. really friendly people the owners are always happy faces 🚲🔧🔩🔝
