Fusion Dental clinics - Tavira

I went to Dental Fusion about six months ago because of a broken tooth. Six months later, after multiple visits, a root canal, two crowns and a great deal of unnecessary pain, I still have the same broken tooth! But I am now sporting two crowns on teeth that were causing me no trouble but were deemed urgent enough to repair first. To make matters worse, the crowns do not match the surrounding teeth. My opinion is that this clinic is only interested in doing expensive procedures such as root canals and crowns. After spending around 1,000 euros, I left in the middle of the treatment and had my original problem painlessly solved in 20 minutes by another dentist.

I am still in severe pain 3 days after 2nd treatment. I have tried to no avail to contact the clinic on all 3 numbers. I have to wait until MONDAY for you to treat a problem that the dentist caused?? You have a DUTY to be available for your clients who are in your care and still undergoing treatment... :-(

Refused to help me for a simple dental wire that got undone because “other dentists can do it”. :-(

This place is an absolute joke!! Went to enquire about a filling and all they were interested in was what insurance we have. Kept going on and on about how it works through insurance. Said it would cost €150 just for a consultation and then payment on top for any work done!!!! Went to nearly all dentists in Tavira and they all quoted between €50-€65. This place is just a rip off merchant. Don't go there.

Issue with a broken tooth - used Medis to find this dentist - 1st appointment kept me waiting 40 mins past appointment time - second was a clean (my teeth are clean by the way .. that sounds like they would not touch me unless cleaned :) .... no repair yet) kept me waiting 35 mins this time - third appointment for work, sat in the waiting room for an hour past appointment time, no explanation why there was such a wait! others were complaining, so with them in front of me, I left, will find another dentist - these did not give me any confidence in their abilities, so that compounded my leaving.
