Gymnasium Tavira

It's a great motivational atmosphere in the gym. Good equipment clean and spacious. The shower and changing rooms are available. Friendly staff and knowledgeable instructors. Most EU languages spoken here. There are many classes including Spin, body pump, TRX, pilates, yoga, boxercise to name some of them. Personal instructions with a professional. I highly recommend the Gym and I workout here and join in some classes a few times in the week.
