Over the years, we have been treated by many osteopaths and chiropractors in several countries for a range of back and neck issues. Tomas is, without doubt, among the very best. He has excellent and thoughtful diagnostic skills, understanding the connectivity of the body and going to the root of a problem. Whether by means of assisted stretching, sports massage and gentle manipulation when needed (or a combination of all three) he eases the pain away and offers a return to functionality. He is one of the rare ones and we are very grateful that we ended up in the same town. Our bodies feel transformed after each session. His recommendations for home have been a wonderful addition. Our aches and pains are greatly reduced after seeing Tomas and we always feel remarkable improvements. He is friendly, patient, helpful and a joy to be around.

I only have good things to say about Tomas. After 2 appointments, I got the relief needed for my low back pain. In addition to the adjustment and massage, Tomas advised me to do some stretching and exercises that make all the difference to my day-to-day activities without any pain.
