Do yourself a favour if your are in Vendas Novas and do teu these exquisite, yummy bifanas. The bread rolls are warmed in the sauce where the pork fillets are cooked being soaked with all the flavour and substance. You will not regret it. I always stop here when travelling from Lisbon to my hometown in the Alentejo.
