I had the bad luck of dealing with this agency. I dealt with an agent called Joaquim Estevens, who was very condescending and rude. After booking a viewing with this agency, this person called me saying that he was informed by the owner that I had another viewing to this property with a different agency and proceeded to accuse me of messing him around and that he had no time to waste. I assured him that I would double check and get back to him until the end of the day (as confusion happens). In fact I did have a different booking to the same property because it was listed as being in a different location, thus the confusion. Before I had a chance to confirm, this agent persisted to call a few times after 11pm to chase me, which I don't find appropriate as a customer. I cancelled the viewing via text message as I didn't appreciate being chased at unnaceptable times or even being accused of messing people about. After all, I am THE CUSTOMER. He mustn't have received the text and continued to call me non stop for the next couple of days. When I finally called him back to ask to stop calling, he accused me yet again of messing him around and used profanity equivalent to f*** off. Treating customers like this is simply unnaceptable! STAY AWAY!!! Infelizemente tive o azar de lidar com esta agência. Nomeadamente um agente chamado Joaquim Estevens que foi muito mal educado e demonstrou uma grande falta de profissionalismo. Eu marquei uma visita a uma propriedade com esta agência e o agente contactou-me a dizer que eu tinha outra visita a esta mesma propriedade com uma agência diferente, acusando-me de brincar com ele e que ele não tinha tempo para isso. Eu disse ao senhor que ia verificar e confirmaria com ele até ao fim do dia se era o caso ou não (pois às vezes acidentes acontecem). De facto, eu tinha sim uma marcação a mesma propriedade com outra agência pois esta estava anunciada com um localização diferente e daí a confusão. Antes de conseguir confirmar, o agente ligou me várias vezes depois da 11 da noite, o que não são horas de ligar a um cliente. Devido a esta atitude e de ser acusado de brincar com as pessoas, decidi cancelar esta marcação por mensagem escrita. Afinal de contas, eu sou O CLIENTE! O agente não deve ter visto a minha mensagen e continuou a ligar me durante dois dias sem parar. Quando finalmente liguei de volta simplesmente para pedir que me parasse de ligar, ele acusou me mais uma vez de andar a brincar com ele e mandou me para o c******! Lidar com clientes assim é inadmissível. MANTENHAM A DISTÂNCIA!!
