Was thinking of trading my iPhone 11 Pro Max 512g for the 12 Pro Max. The kid at the counter said everything is perfect except for the scratches on the screen so we can’t purchase it. Seriously! Absolutely no scratches and it’s like new condition. I think the kid was jealous that I had the latest model and was looking to muy another newer model. I wasn’t looking to finance just purchase. He really needs more training. Also, prior to him attending me I was told to wait because the girl was going to go have a cup of coffee. Seriously, no customer service!
