The seller says we have a "NO REFUND POLICY" , what rubbish!!!. And this is for an item bought 30 minutes earlier and was only in the bag until returned (not a used item) You can only exchange items, and it doesn't stop there. As a part of an exchange you don't get the same value for the money paid!!!! You would need to pay extra if you are exchanging an item that costs €12 for another item that costs €12 What rubbish!!! Not fair for customers.
