We popped in to Prime Properties in Funchal during one of our morning walks, and were immediately impressed by the team. They initially took us to view a few properties and we didn't feel any pressure at all. Their guidance was honest and was very much appreciated. While we were there, they even took us to our legal and bank appointments to help with the process and the language barriers. We would definitely have struggled in such professional meetings! We decided to purchase and as we live in the UK, there were understandably a lot of phone calls and emails. Response times were great 👍 and they even did some face calls with us so that we could view the property almost in person. Even after we've completed, there have been a couple of points to finish off and the team have continued to work hard on our behalf. They do not get tired showing you all the houses you might like until one finds "the house" and hereafter help you with all necessities like getting your bank account, tax number and lawyer until the contract is signed and even help you find the shops required for furniture, household article and more.
