Seafood rice for 2 persons was amazing. Great service, they were very forthcoming since I wanted to take the seafood rice for take away and them and the locals at the bar kept me company whilst I was waiting for the food. Will definitely comeback!

Amazing food, excellent service and atmosphere. We had fish with passion fruit sauce and bolo do caco- both very delicious. The price was totally fine, including food and sharing wine and water we stayed for under 20€ each person. The service was very friendly and helpful- I really recommend this place!

Stumbled across this restaurant when trying to get away from the tourist restaurants in the harbour itself. What a lucky find! Really nice service and the recommendation was great - totally fresh Red Snapper sold directly to the kitchen from the fisherman. Everything was just great (including the view and weather). Much recommended. Thanks for a lovely meal.

Slightly disappointed as I traveled all the way from funchal to try it out. A pain to get to if you aren't familiar with the bus service or don't have access to a map. The food was pretty mediocre which surprised me because the previous reviews made it sound impressive. I'd stay away from any pasta dishes here as a member our group ordered one and it was dreadful. The seafood isn't half bad actually but considering the distance from funchal and the other restaurants in the area it wasn't worth the time. I will be trying it again however just to see if came on a bad day however lower your expectations.
