Peerless island. Beautiful, green, safe. A variety of vegetation just like that in a heap of botanical gardens. Mountains and grottoes. Inexpensive. Nice people. Good opportunities for outdoor activities, not just beach. The beaches are really not very (the best in the northern part of the island, but the infrastructure there is worse). I advise definitely, at least for a one-time visit.

Most beautiful panorama I've seen! The tip of the mountains rests on the clouds and it seems that one walks by shadow over the sky. It is a wide route that I recommend to visit more than once to travel as much as possible of the route. There are roads that can only be traveled on foot, but to get there are several roads that facilitate the arrival to the top. A phenomenal climate, clean air, a taciturn but nice people. The system of drainage installed in the mountains is the one that supplies the island with water, so we must respect the water that runs through the channels built in the wonderful panorama.
