Great place to visit on Madeira. And many thanks to the art-curator Cefyn. The trip wouldn’t be so exciting without him. The Art Center actually has two parts – the gallery and the shop. Art is very interesting. And the souvenirs – it’s brilliant. From all over Madeira. Thanx and see u soon!

The marvellous space which combines gallery - paintings from international team of artists in different techniques and styles with and the store with enormous variety goods all handcrafted : handmade bijouterie in art glass and pottery, souvenirs, small sculpture and many many others cute and unique things you can find there. Don't miss and visit them. The gallery located in the old town it is easy to find it.

Creative place for creative people! Dear traveller! Welcome to the world of Madeira treasures. The island which is known worldwide for it’s wine, ocean views and unique walking paths – levadas – has something special for you! Did you know that Madeira is also the oasis for the artists from all over the world. As well as Brussels is the political capital of Europe, Amsterdam is… well, you know what we mean, Madeira island has gathered tens and hundreds of artists, musicians, sculptors and photographers. Talented and hungry for creating they are just waiting for you all around Funchal! Especially beware the old town! You may become a victim of beautiful! It is there on the street Santa Maria 58-60 the most dangerous art center is situated! It’s called Caravel. Never! You hear? Never go there… if you are boring lazy art hater, who was taken here by force. They will torture you by unique paintings of local and foreign legends! They will make you create the art masterpieces too! They will make you believe that you are talented, that the art may me entertaining and… you will come back here again… And again… And again… Don’t forget! Th old town. Santa Maria street 58-60. Art Center Caravel! The reason why you surely will come back.
