Very small agency but much more convenient than the one in Av. do Mar

You can never do anything there, I went to deposit a child's account and the cashier tells me that I could not because I had no debit card SINCE WHEN I DEBIT CARD TO A CHILD OF 2 YEARS. In other words, you open the account and leave it as an ornament because you can't deposit what you do with it? I went to ask for other information and they sent me to another agency. In other words, I don't know what kind of procedures are done there
