Café do Teatro

A fabulous outside space, busy and central to Funchal. My only concern were the pigeons which were strutting around the table and chair legs !! Very reasonable food and drinks :)

Fine for a pitstop with our 20 month old son. My partner had the Madeira pizza which he said was nice and the dough was good. I had a chicken caesar salad which served its purpose but wasn't amazing. Probably the first time I've had almonds on a chicken caesar salad. Odd addition. Service friendly enough. Our son ate bits of both of our lunch. Outdoor seating nice for views but smells a bit thanks to those that feel the need to urinate on the street.

Nice place to relax and enjoy the food,pasta,pizza,or gelato..local beer Coral,in breeze,and of course the friendly waiter and waitress Jose and Sofia😘😘😘😘

Poor/bad food. Not worth to enter to dine - will recommend another restaurant. Only suitable for drinks.
