Private health care, adequate system, very good attendance/doctors

You usually go to a private clinic for service and timing. MMC haven't provided any. On 8 August 2019 I had an appointment for an ultrasound at 4 PM but when I came in time, a woman at balcony 7 said because of the delay, my appointment could be only at 5 PM, in an hour. It was a working day, and I had to leave office 1.5 h earlier. Imagine my frustration. Turns out, I could just have stayed at work and not lose time and money. Btw, my appointment eventually happened at 5:30 PM, which is 1.5 h later than appointed initially - and this is a private clinic, not a public one. And I really have to mention the woman from balcony 7. Because my echogram was appointed by my family doctor from a public clinic, I was eligible for a discount. For that, I obviously needed to provide a declaration from the public hospital that I am their patient. I didn't have one with me at the moment, but I had all the other imaginable documents where all the data is presented: my patient number, my social security number etc. I had my Boletim de saude da gravida from the public hospital, which carries all the information possible. But the woman was completely deaf to that. I paid the full price on the echo. Dear MMC, customer service is much more than sending sms to patients and giving the test results in an envelope. You take a lot of money for the services you barely provide, and you have to learn a lot. To everyone reading this, in Funchal there are other private hospitals. I am going to address them next time, and I suggest you doing the same.

Try staying in the Monte Hospital, it is unbelievably disgusting the news papers will see the photos of the area my wife was "" treated in "". But only for a very very short period.

Bom atendimento! O tempo de espera para conseguir uma consulta é reduzido, e possivelmente no mesmo dia. Já tive consulta de Otorrino, Oftalmologia, Clínica Geral. Bons profissionais. Precisei de exames: RMC, e correu tudo bem. Minha mãe, Medicina Interna, RX, Mamografia, Enfermagem. Bem atendida! Médica cuidadosa. Eu não dou nota positiva, á consulta de Podologia, uma experiência negativa, a não repetir. A profissional em questão, sem experiência, ao não tratar dos calos, pois ainda provocou feridas nos pés, e estive uns dias cambado. Da mesma forma que entrei, saí. Otorrinolaringologia, Oftalmologia, Medicina Interna, Clínica Geral, Enfermagem, Exames, Secretaria e balcões de atendimento, nota positiva. 🤔🤨🧐🙄😌😑😐

Do pior que existe na Madeira! Além do extremo atraso no atendimento, foi mais de 50 minutos à espera e não há prioridades. Idosos, bebés, grávidas, é tudo tratado igual! Volto a frisar, a médica em questão, não era minimamente qualificada, além de ser uma bruta e fria, quer o diálogo, quer na forma de agir. Depois eu liguei a marcar e era um preço, chegamos lá já era outro. Não há coerência na informação prestada. Basta ligar e pedir informações, verá que cada assistente que atender dirá uma informação nada a ver com o anterior. A formação não deve ser a mesma, certamente. A minha experiência pessoal com o grupo em causa foi horrível! Não recomendo a ninguém e nunca mais lá vou!
