ATTENTION TOURISTS If you need an English speaking Barber to give you a haircut and/beard Trim/Shave and you want that extra touch then this is the place for you! What you get for less than €20 you would pay more than £30 in UK in some cities. The Barbers are warm, friendly and inviting. I highly recommend this place. Possibly the best trim and shave I have ever had.

EDIT: To be fair, following my negative review I was promptly offered a free "corrective" visit to a different barber, however wasn't able to take advantage of it as I've already left Madeira. Came here guided by stellar reviews, had high expectations, but looking at myself in the mirror back at home now, I'm genuinely surprised how bad my haircut is. Probably the worst I've ever had. My hair was done fast, carelessly, with little to no effort, and just plain bad. The barber was clearly in a rush and didn't care. Barber's name was Guilherme. The prices are comparatively low indeed, but you end up paying twice.
