On Sat Sept 7th '19 I dropped in here for tourist info regarding the airport bus etc & the lady behind the counter was completely helpful, Informed & friendly & also fluent in many languages. Thank you. I understand what a previous reviewer meant when he said that staff weren't interested in helping callers as I had a similar experience earlier on in the week, but my Sunday experience was completely the opposite.

Difficult to get service here, staff is uninterested and if you manage getting their attention they don't really provide much service.

Hoje senti vergonha ser Madeirense fui assistir espetaculo Festival Atlantico no Parque Santa Catarina local estava cheio de estrangeiros e Madeirenses , no terraço do hotel CR7 estava decorrer festa com dois DJ com musica miserável eletronica com som mais alto que o da musica do festival para meu espanto e todas pessoas assistiam mesmo a musica no hotel não parou eram dois sons misturados sabendo espetaculo é fogo e musica aquela unidade hoteleira se o é devia ter parado musica durante espetaculo o que não o fez. E gasta Governo neste espetaculo 500 mil euros para fazer publicidade Madeira angariando mais turismo e alguem devia ser primeiro respeitar porque quem usufri mais turismo o ESTRAGA. È com hoteleiros desta qualidade e atitudes que se estraga o turismo. Acho alguem vossa Sedretaria devia e DEVE tomar medidas para isso não volte acontecer.
