The small bust of Gen. Robert Baden-Powell, the creator of the world scouting, seems to be a bit forgotten. Placed in front of the bank's headquarters on a busy street, it commemorates a man important to anyone who has been scouting or scouting. The bust was set in the 90s. Plate slightly damaged and not fully legible. Being in Madeira it's worth hooking up and for this point, especially that there is a bust of a very important figure for Poland - Marshal Józef Piłsudski.
