I recently joined a group from Madeira on a tour to Israel and unfortunately, it was clear that this travel agency focused on cutting costs and making profits, because, all hotels in Israel failed to provide a quality service and quality food. Therefore, I hope that the management team avoid this 'evil' tactic and focus on helping customers, versus, making profits.
