I live in the wood for more than 10 years and unfortunately this neglect with the animals exists, maybe it is improving, in general the local people cares little about the dogs that live in the street. Spad is not an example of good animal care, even though it is a government institution, a quick visit is enough to see how those dogs are treated in cages.
