Levada da Ponta do Pargo

Nice levada walk, easy to make, no problems with the route. Amazing views along the way.

Easy to walk in. The way is thin so be careful.

Beautiful levada in a mixture of agricultural and forest land. Easy walking. No need for torch, rain cover nor heavy boots.

We really loved this one. Open nature and very different fauna from the rest of the island. We walked the levada from the start and then back via the village. It was a long walk uphill from the village to the start of the levada though. The village itself is very nice and well worth a walk through.
