Very welcoming. Accommodating and friendly staff. Love the view and the natural sea pools, 15 mins walk to Santa Cruz. Even though it's close to the airport it was very quiet and relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay a lot, the hotel itself is very cozy, very nice swimming pool, friendly and professional staff. The food was absolutely delicious probably the best in Madeira as we eat out a lot in different places around the island.

Excellent views, fantastic service, great amenities. Perfect place to open the glass door and enjoy the breeze. Very peaceful.
