Perfect, easy and fast! We went to ‚Go local Madeira‘ for information about the busses, which we got and the consultation was so friendly that we started asking all questions that came in our mind, which were answered very detailed. The employee also gave us her number so we could write or call her if needed. When we contacted her a few days later regarding renting a car, she answered within minutes and we got a great and cheap offer for a car the next day that would even be delivered to our accommodation. It was a lot cheaper and easier thanks to ‚Go local Madeira‘, especially compared to finding the needed information online. In conclusion, I would definitely recommend it to everyone! The consultation was competent and incredibly friendly.

Hello Anabel! You and your team have been the greatest help me and my girlfriend could imagine! We've been there on holiday on spring this year and had a great time. Although the weather was changing a few times a day, in rainy periods there are several things to do in Madeira. And that would be impossible without Anabel! Lovely person, always in good mood and a bright knowledge of the whole Island. If it was about renting a car (price are very cheap) and also changing the reservation on the next day, or explaining the best places to visit in the island, or visiting the caves of Sao Vicente, or making a boat trip to Porto Santo, she was the reason to make these things possible, whenever it was rainy or sunny. WE WANT TO THANK FOR ALL YOUR HELP AND EVERYTHING YOU DID FOR US!!!!!!! THIS TOURIST INFORMATION POINT IS BY FAR THE BEST WE'VE HAD!!!!! ANABEL DESERVES 50 STARS, BUT WE CAN ONLY GIVE 5!!! THANK YOU AND SEE YOU AGAIN IN THE FUTURE!!!!

The itinerary Val put together for us was perfect! He very quickly understood what we wanted and was able to recommend exactly the right places and experiences for us (including some very beautiful 'off the beaten track' locations). Val's passion for Madeira is obvious and, after doing a tour with him, there's just no way you won't love it too! We'll be back for more!
