We have had good experiences here. Friendly staff does their best to accommodate our minimal Portuguese speaking ability. We have only seen one doctor who was kind and spoke English with no problem. Yes, it’s small, it’s old, and the waiting time can be an issue, but after visiting several other public health offices in Portugal we are happy to be assigned to this one. We have always been treated with respect and a willingness to help, so we have no complaints so far.

After waited for a whole hour, Absolute dreadful experience, explained that we did not speak Portuguese, the doctor refused to help us and angrily shouted at us. Even though we explained our five-year-old Child had three nosebleeds daily, and we needed to be seen to, how can I healthcare provider to really do not care about a minor is beyond belief. This surgery does not give any positive insight into Portuguese health care system. Avoid any cost

Estou com COVID 19 em isolamento desde o dia 11-01-2021 até ao dia 25-01-2021. Necessito comunicar-me com o meu centro de saúde, o qual por sua vez, não me atende as ligações que tento estabelecer. A solução passará por dirigir-me dia 26-01-2021 (não sabendo se estou positivo) para proceder em conformidade? Entretanto, o delegado de saúde, nem ninguém da unidade entrou em contato comigo. Entendo que o SNS esteja saturado, contudo, seria importante puderem arranjar um mecanismo que permita o atendimento de chamadas, de forma emergente.

Nunca fui acompanhada durante o tempo que tive covid e no fim numa total ausência de ética deram'-me alta. Nunca falaram comigo uma única vez. Até podia estar morta, mas pelo menos tive alta. Serviço muito mau.

Atendimento péssimo, pessoas sem qualificação nenhuma. Não atende o telefone.
