Nice hotel in Viseu with really nice facilities, 2 pools (outdoor and indoor), big rooms, soft bed. Great breakfast. Now with covid they have some measures to control many guest in public places at the same time what is good due to actual situation.

Not so Happy About the service level from the cleaners & the receptions.. the waiters were more annoyed, when asking for an extra plate for example.. we ordered some burgers, fries n drinks.. first we got the drinks, 20 min later the burgers, 40 min later we got fries.. they forgot the ketchup n mayo n got annoyed when asked her to bring it

I think that for a 5 star hotel it needs an update... Yes it might started at a 5 star rating but now is a maximum 4 ish... Almost a 3+ it's dated and with a doubtful taste...
