I have bought 16% runner time gasoline through the website, which is my surprise when I received it, the 3l bottle comes with the seal open and used what a coincidence that I just bought the bottle and now on the web it goes out of stock, I open a claim to Paypal, contact for the return of the item and he tells me that it must have been an error and that he did not check when he sent it that it was open (that is not believed by anyone) that a '' colleague '' should have opened it to take the air out of the bottle or something like that he tells me in the mail, he tells me that he is going to send me a label to print and return the article, after 5 minutes he says that he has not said anything about sending me a label when I have an email written by Patrick that proves it. Nothing more to say without comment the treatment that has given me the least that should be done is to fulfill the word that is given being a "mistake" of the store.
