Tasca do Chico

We visited in August. My girl is a local and she asked the old guy the day before whether we can go or not. The next day we arrived at 21:30 and he didn't let us in, because we didn't make any reservation, which he didn't mention at all. Inside there is no social distancing and people were not wearing mask at all. I wouldn't come back, it was just sad for me that I wanted to experience fado in Lisboa

I wish I could give a MINUS 5 star for this place!!!!!! Holy mother that girl was sooooo incredible UNFRIENDLY AND RUDE I almost started to cry because nobody has ever been so rude to me. We could sit where we wanted from the first girl but then we had to change tables because we didn't had a reservation. The WHOLE BAR WAS EMPTY there was only one other couple and we had to sit litterly next to them. When I asked if we could sit the other table because of yeah 'social distance' we where very rudely put at an other PLACE still next to the only other couple. I already felt so mistreated that I did not want to stay any longer. Its was recommended by the accommodation but for me never again. I'm still shaking my head from unbelievable.

Our first time listening to Fado and we loved it! Cozy and very "private" atmosphere with a small number of people inside. It truly felt authentic Portugese.

This has been a very nice experience. People are welcome, nice, the food is excellent and the music too. I’ll recommend it 100 %

If you want to experience the real Portuguese Fado, this is the place for you. Simply socializing with wonderful music and great rural wines and you can understand saudade a lot better. Every evening from 8 p.m. there is live music here. I recommend something to eat, drink and just enjoy.
