The employees are helpfuland but they aren't always there. The 5 independent companies refuse to coordinate with each other, so if you CAN find all their schedules, you have to sort out when you can get wherever you want to go yourself in Portuguese only. If you don't speak Portuguese, tough luck. Good helpful drivers.

Cleare structure, easy to find the corrct bus, woman at the counter spoke english. Busses on time. Public usable toilets. No food or snacks at the busstop, but 2 mins walk away only

Em plena pandemia os autocarros continuam a ir cheios e os motoristas pouco se importam se as pessoas têm a máscara na cara ou se está colocada corretamente.
