Was shut when it said it was open...🙄, ALSO check location. Google maps & photos show old office. It is in the city wall at Port da Sol

Atendimento muito pouco receptivo.

Building with mounumental door, near the Portas da Coroada. It seems to be an old Tourist Office. But in August 2018 it was closed and traces of the old sign can be seen (in large letters: TOURISM).
