Lovely staff. Dog friendly. We ordered steak, it was enormous. Chips, rice, Smokey black beans, salad......were all lovely. Steak was beautiful. This could've fed 4 people. Excellent

Came here for evening meal due to excellent rating. We were received really well and had a lovely table overlooking the beach. We were immediately presented with a set of cold dishes from which we could choose as a starter. It felt that we were being ‘pushed’ to have a starter which was available and to take what was on the tray ( that may have been left over from lunch) and we weren’t told whether they were free or we had to pay for them. A waiter then came with an English menu and helped us order - Fish and local wine - very good! The wine was lovely and the main course came. The Seabass was lovely, but the Cod in the vegetable and potatoe ‘pot’ was very rubbery and seemed either old or overdone. The total cost for the whole meal was 50-55€ for 2 of us which is very good value, however I would have preferred to have quality food/cooking. Overall, not quite the #1 restaurant experience I expected and so that is why I have marked it down

Great food. Fish is always the freshest, and the Posta Barrosã (meat with certified origin) is a must have if you're a meat lover. There's also a wide selection of starters and deserts to complement your meal. I advisable to book ahead as it usually gets full very quickly. The best seats are outside by the glass with a privileged view of the beach. Portions are quite big.

Great restaurant, with awesome fish dishes and friendly staff. Despite the fact that the restaurant offers a smoking space near the entrance, of which the smoke (and the horrible smell) enters the restaurant is why she lost one star. Nevertheless, the food is amazing; I definitely enjoyed the mixed seafood platter for two. As someone else already mentioned in the comments, this platter is more than enough for two, and we appreciated the added vegetables next to all the delicious fish. Indeed a place to recommend.
