For some reason at this location the modus operandi is to studiously ignore all customers. Other branches are completely better. I and friends have waited an hour here for simple things that take minutes. Procrastination makes people angry and if they just attended to them instead of pretending to be on the phone or computer with much-more important work, they would get smiles and love.
