Barbara was so confident and reassuring not only to me but also to my very anxious dog Pippa. Who was so at ease and relaxed it was like taking her to a spa. No pressure was put on her while Barbara checked her over for all the requirements of the pet passport. It was a truly wonderful experience. Pippa was allowed to wander around the consultation room without any pressure put on her. Plus the examination was done on her teams and not on the examination table. If we ever come back to Porto, I would definitely come back to Barbara. Cannot thank you enought for the care you gave especially to Pippa and of course Dolly.

Bárbara is a fantastic vet. She takes all the time needed to examine and explain (in flawless English, acquired during her studies in US and UK). Her confidence and knowledge is reassuring both for the pet and the owner. What I liked the most is how she made our dog Pablo comfortable by examining him on the floor instead of putting him on the table.

Já visitei muitos clínicas veterinárias, mas o profissionalismo e o carinho com que tratam os animais aliado ao que vi das condições higiénicas merece relevo. Uma excelente clínica veterinárias, a melhor que conheço no Porto.

A dr. Bárbara é uma senhora arrogante que trata mal os seus clientes. E se terás que marcar uma consulta normal para o teu animal de estimação, terá a coragem de dizer: "o teu animal não é tão importante como os que estou a tratar". Peço desculpa, mas prefiro gastar o meu dinheiro com um/a médico/a que trate bem e respeite o meu animal por quem é e não apenas pela sua enfermidade ou tipo de consulta. Profissionalismo zero.
