Very poor service tried to call several times for a emergency and no one picked up the phone. Human resources very poor quality and service

We went at 2am on a Friday night to the Urgencias Paediatric area with my son with late stage appendicitis. Diagnosis was slow and he was in pain while waiting however once diagnosed everything moved forward. I can’t fault the care or the facilities. The buildings are worn but everything was so clean. The equipment in the wards was excellent, well maintained and mostly new. However the best thing was the staff. From the helpers, nurses, doctors. Everyone was kind, gentle and so friendly to my son who was scared and to us as a family who were worried and bewildered. Virtually all the staff spoke excellent English so we always knew what was happening.

By far the worst hospital I've seen in my life like I waited for 11 hours yet they don't call me the person's before me all of them got called and new person's too. Just a disgrace

2 hours just to get somebody to look at a severe eye injury of my 15 year old son. Disgraceful

9+ hours wait..
