A biblioteca tem boas instalações e é bastante agradável. Contudo, as pessoas que a frequentam não têm qualquer respeito pelo silêncio que deveria existir, estando permanentemente a conversar (e não necessariamente sobre questões relativas ao estudo). Os próprios bibliotecários falam alto, por vezes, abstendo-se de advertir quem está a conversar num local onde, supostamente, deveria imperar o silêncio.
